When Wal-Mart was fined for hiring illegal immigrants to clean all their stores, it was discovered that they actually had placed advertisements in newspapers in Budapest, Mexico City, and other cities worldwide where illegals come from.

These people are cordially INVITED into this country by corporations, and told that we, the citizenry, are too 'lazy' to work for low wages and poor conditions, so they can be 'angels' and do these jobs!

That unholy alliance needs to be broken. Employers should have to give up all money earned during periods where they had 1% or more illegals on their workforce, and go to jail too. Same for mortgage companies, bank lenders, and landlords.

Until you understand that America is a soverign country and because of that there can be no human rights issues on people immigrating here your probably just going to assume whatever you want for your own result.

Our president along with constantly and consistenly breaking the law has declared us a nation of immigrants. That is a slap in the face to a nation that is 15% immigrants and 85% citizens. In my book that makes us a nation of citizens.

The reason he uses that term is to convince us we have no right to have a country so we can stop the USA. If we are a nation of immigrants and not citizens, what right do any of us have to protect borders or prevent other countries from taking our futures away?

You have nailed the issue here. It is because our government has allowed them.

Whenever the government fails to rigidly enforce a law, they run the risk of it being widely broken. We have a 65 mile an hour speed limit on our freeways in Los Angeles, but it isn't widely enforced, so many go 75 or even up to 90.

The problem is that immigration is not only turned into an unenforced law, but is now being debated as a right. I hope the Federal Government understands that the population of Mexico does not have the right to our hospitals, roads, and schools.

The world belongs to all the people. The boundaries are man made. There is no real boundary. This is a reality created by all of us together. All over the world people have always gone to different places to look for prosperity. America is a place created by people from all over the world. Their contributions make America what they are today.
Earlier Europeans fought among themselves and now they are on the path of unity and prosperity. US and Canada and Mexico are thinking on the same line. A time will come when all the countries of the world will be together.
The boundaries have already dissolved in the virtual world. People from all over the world can talk together, think together and can exchange ideas so readily.
Hard work and a deep respect for people around will produce wealth at any corner of the earth. We all will be sharing it as per the requirement and capabilities. Only thing we have to do is expand our mind to include everybody around us.

People have the right to come here based on the constitution. They have the right to, but as always, there are rules to be followed. Illegal immigrants do not have any rights as it comes to the laws of this country, but they press our laws to the breaking point. It is time for the US to tighten up our borders and laws and find a solid answer to this issue. I feel no remorse when people who are not citizens of a country feel they have the right to protest our government yet do not pay taxes. On top of that, they have the audacity to protest on a large scale as they did, put other countries flags on top of the American flag and refuse to speak english. Illegal immigrants are a drain on our economy, plain and simple. Now is the time, we must find a solution, tighten the borders and make the laws tough.

You can't really blame these illegal immigrants. American is the best country in the world (even though our govt is messed up with corruption and greed). It's WAS very easy for these immigrants to come on over and get whatever they wanted. They learned how to play the game. Our gov't allowed this to happen. But I was brought up to believe, follow the rules and do thing legally. These Illegals should not be here, ITS ILLEGAL, When are they going to get it. Get in this country legally or don't come here.

True illegal immigrants from any country who enter any wealthier country assume people remember that one as a moral duty to help the other who is less fortunate then him.
As for Mexicans "illegally" entering Texas, California and other parts of Mexican soil occupied by the US-I see nothing wrong with people moving from one part of their land to the other.

Illegal immigrants don't have 'a right' to go anywhere. 'Refugees' and 'Aslyum Seekers' however have every right to go wherever they can find sanctuary!

A point which needs to be considered is the fact that asylum seekers arriving in the United States, or for that matter 'anywhere' are not doing so ‘unlawfully’. They have every right to seek asylum wherever they can find it! It is not illegal for someone to flee to another country in order to escape the atrocities of their homeland! According to the Refugee Convention, States should not impose penalties on individuals coming directly from a territory where their life or freedom is threatened, on account of their illegal entry. (Article 31) Furthermore, under Article 14 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, everyone has the right to seek and enjoy asylum.

How come people think that Mexicans are the only illegal aliens in the US. There are plenty of illegals from all around the world. It is just easier to spot a Mexican over a Canadian, Irishman, etc. I don't think anyone should do anything illegal.

Mexican Americans and Mexicans have distinct cultures in lots of methods. I recollect asking a man from Mexico City if he had spotted a cultural change within the Mexican Americans and he mentioned "Yes! All the Mexican Americans are caught up and so into worldly posessions". That I wager illuminates probably the most total variations.
