Sexual touching in public, especially around minors, is inappropriate and could be considered public indecency; if the rink has a video camera, and begin that you could both be arrested on that charge and being that you are are 18, you would be charged as an adult and it could come on your record every time your potential employer does a background search for the rest of your life.
