that would be water weight. This is why going by normal scales is often useless.

The condition could be due to your kidneys or your liver the (organs that filter your blood) causing an imbalance thus water retention. Go to your GP (doctor) let him examine you and provide a solution.

its just water weight it doens't mean too much u'll probably pee it out but everyone has different reactions to the things they comsume if it really worries u c a doctor but i'm sure its not visible or netihng

its just water sweety. it will get absorbed into ur tissues and u will lose it as soon as u sweat or pee. its a normal body thing nothing to worry about

potassium can be a factor too. ask your dr for some water pills to help release that
