She tells me all kind of bad stuff about him, My boyfriend recently just got back from Puerto Rico after saying there for a month, my boyfriend is acting a bit strange, and acts as if he doesn't want to talk to me, and my bestfriend keeps saying he probably cheated on me and I need to breakup with him, What should I do?

Sometimes our best friends see things we don't. After a month in Puerto Rico your boyfriend should show how much he missed you and should be trying his best to make up for the time he's been away from you, if he is acting strange then he probably is thinking strange, and the only reason he might be doing that is he doesn't care for you as much as you think he does, I think you should listen to your best friend.

Sometimes people on the "outside" looking in can see things that we cannot. Hence, is why they say that love is blind. You have to do what you feel is right in your heart. Don't let others pressure you into making decisions. You know your boyfriend. What do you think???? Tell your friend that you appreciate her input but that you need her to be there for you as your friend and not your mother. Feel me????? If she is a real friend she will stand beside you regardless of the decision that you make. I will say though, it is hard to sit and watch someone get hurt, especially if the wool is pulled over their eyes.

personaly i think that the guy cheated on you, but dont jump to conclusions so easily.
you should talk to him and ask him about puerto rico and see if he shudders or just talk to him about the good times that u to have had together, that will usally get a guy sad, if he loves you to his heart than he will confess,
if hes cheated on you than dump him

Sometimes this is hard to find out. I had a friend told me that she saw my guy with another gal, where he is on long-distance studies in another country. I still kept my belief and trust in him.
Till I felt I had no more interests in the relationship, the pain of missing was hard to bear when we were in 2 different countries. I decided to end it all & we went our separate ways.

You need to talk to him and decide for yourself. What does anyone else have to say about your relationship? Is it just this one friend who is agains't him? She may just be jealous. But like I said, talk to him. If some voice in your gut is telling you he's lying, listen to it. Just make sure the little voice is yours and not your friends.
