Frankie, I'm afraid that your friend will soon be looking at the world through iron bars.Sorry man,too many people die at the hands of intoxicated drivers every year to let a person's 6th offense slide.Any judge who tried to let him off without serious time would more than likely be disbarred.

Honestly...I hope he DOES get prison time. Obviously, a suspended license didn't do the trick and apparently the 5-other arrests didn't give him a clue, either. He's putting innocent lives at risk as well as his own. Maybe he'll wise up a bit in prison.

It's a shame that his workers will lose their jobs, and this--the impact of his actions on those around him--is another thing he should have thought of before getting plowed and behind the wheel of a car.

HE could agree to go to threapy for like 4-5 months its not prison so he wont loose his contracts and he will have free time liek a regular work he would just have to attend therapy to get this you have to act like you have a problem that you really want to stop and you need help and hope you get a Judge thats simptatic for a person that wants to change or one that thinks that thearapy will be better then Prison

I hope he spends some time in prison, but due to the overcrowding, he may get 2 years in jail and another 5 to 10 on probation.

Hopefully quite good, a long stretch in prison and the loss of his business would be a good punishment. The issue of the lost jobs is moot it has nothing to do with his behavior. 6 DUI's? wonder how many times he has been on the road threating my famliy.

Sounds like prison and losing his business might be just the kick in the buns he needs to sober up and start using his head.

He is gone. I have heard of people going for alot less than what he has commited. Didn't he learn anything from his first 5 incidents? Maybe he could use a little time to dry out and learn a lesson before he kills himself or someone else.

Oh yea he can kiss his a*s*s goodbye....he is definitely going to prison. In my state of SC there is a 3 strikes law on that...you do it for the 3rd time you lose your lisence forever with no chance of getting them back and you do prison time.

Pretty darn good Id say. I dont even think money could get him out of it on #6. Then again, stranger things have happened.
