That's not kindergarten, that's daycare. When a child goes to kindergarten, usually at age 5, they're only there half a day, like five hours. Not 12.

Most daycare centers nowadays will have some sort of learning program for your child, if that's what you're concerned about. But at age 4 or 5, that's an early age to start pushing school onto your child. Your child certainly doesn't need that shoved down her throat at age 2.

If you truly want kindergarten, it should be provided free by your local public school. If you are looking for daycare, I would suggest a family daycare setting for such long hours. Most centers only run until about 6 pm. Look in your local phone book (usually under Schools heading) for family daycare providers. Make sure they are licensed by the state you live in to care for children your child's age, and check out the home yourself. Calling to several homecares will give you an idea of a "base" price that you will have to pay. Keep in mind, that if your child will be going to kindergarten part of the day and daycare the rest, you will have to make sure that your care provider will have the ability to pick up your son.

12 hours is a long time to leave your child in daycare (not kindergarten) Try getting friends or family to help with your son.
