I would have to say yes, I have a female husky that will mount and hump any dog - male or female. It's funny when she's at a dog park because people panic when they see their dog being mounted.

It's really just an alpha thing though, she's asserting herself over the rest of the pack.

Hyenas Early naturalists thought hyenas were hermaphrodites or the result of the mating of a dog with a wolf. According to early writings such as Ovid's Metamorphoses and the Physiologus, the hyena continually changed its sex and nature from male to female and back again. It, therefore, became an image of sexual deformity, prostitution, and deviant sexual behavior (which ultimately made them popular symbols of the homosexual community).

Well my best friends brother has a neutered male dog and a neutered male cat and the dog humps the cat. Does that count?

not quite. female spotted hyenas (relatives of domesticated dogs) engage in homosexual sex-play to strengthen intra-pack relationships, as well as having regular procreative sex, but i don't think domesticated dogs would show any of this sort of behaviour (in part because the female hyenas are specially adapted to be "bixsexual" in a sense)

I don't know of any specific breed of dog that is bi-sexual, but yes, bi-sexuality and homosexuality has been observed by researchers in many species.
