LOL LOL LOL...This just tickles to me to death...my daughter was the same way when she was 14..actually younger. This is how she learned to cook and is the best as of now..she is 32 w/four children and still does the same thing. She is a size 7 and 5'6". I never stopped her from eating. She ate her 3 meals and snacks a day and eats everything!!!! Her metabolism is everyones dream. I remember the aromas in the middle of the night and her dad and myself would get so tickled at her. Cakes, cookies, meals, whatever was in the house.
She was a size 0-1 until she became pregnant at 22 and yet she looks great. All her children are exactly the same!!!! And they too are sticks and I swear I don't know where it lands. Her daddy's family is the same dam thing, Not me.
Sweetie if you are really really healthy, I wouldn't worry about anything at all..Stop worrying and enjoy your life!

You are in the highest growth phase of your life, so do not reduce your diet any more as you need high value nutrition to maintain your growth levels. Add more nutrition to your diet, only reduce sugars and fats, as a well-rounded diet will ensure that your sugar level will stay put all through the day and night. Need for a midnight munch is a sign that your sugar level are dropping as you might be eating less than enough right now.
Carbs are good for you as they release their sugar much slower, so your sugar level will last till you have your breakfast.
Junk foods are worse, as they give an instant high of sugar but that high drops equally fast.
Eat as much as your body clock tells you to, tune in to your body and respect its need rather than following hearsay from your friends or immediate environment.
Most importantly this is the right time to develop a healthy relationship with diet instead of having a dependent or fearful relationship with diet.

Eat something slightly filling, but healthy b4 you go to bed. I usually eat and apple. I used to be just like you btw! However, I did find out that if I ate something a bit filling b4 I went to bed, I never had the urge to get up and eat at night.

Eat normal. Eat on time. When it's breakfast time, have breakfast. Lunch, have lunch. Dinner time, have dinner. Mid night munches are not good for your body, cause it keeps your body working all night ling to digest the food.

Try having breakfast, lunch, and a really good dinner, and then brush your floss, and brush your teeth. That should stop those midnight munchies!
