Knowledge

Both are equally important. To be creative you at least have to have some knowledge of what it is you're doing. And to have knowledge one must have creativity to use the knowledge that you have. It's a circle.

Having the knowledge to be creative

Depends on what you want to do with life. I use knowledge but I think creativity is more important because it gives me pleasure and knowledge is mostly just neccesary to make a living and get by in modern life. So creativity can bring you happiness while knowledge can bring you comfort and I would rather be happy and uncomfortable then comfortable and unhappy.

If there is not knowledge it cant be creativity

2006-08-03 03:49:03 · answer #10 · answered by Nestor 4 · 0 0

If you're all knowledge, you create something so complex that nobody else can comprehend it and you go insane because you're " surrounded by idiots " and your mind explodes.

If you're all creativity, you create something so weird people say it's different, and want nothing to do with you because you're an idiot with no knowledge and too different to fit in.

If you're balanced in both, you create something so weird and complex that nobody else can comprehend it and say it's weird and different and want nothing to do with you, and fear your knowledge so they refuse to let you fit in.

Summary: Either way, you're screwed.
