why people make problems regarding religion

The issue is when individual religions make it part of their teachings that they are the 'best' or 'only true' religion and all others must be converted to their faith. Some even go so far as to say all members of other religions are false and must be converted (for their own good), or killed. (substitute religion with race and false with inferior and you have the Nazi doctrine, except you can't be converted into an Aryan).

This is how torture during the Inquisition was justified. What's a mere lifetime of torture if it succeeds in converting someone compared to an eternity of suffering in hell? In that case, you're doing them a favor by torturing the un-believers because you are saving their immortal soul.

_That's_ why there are quarrels over religion.

people have been taught for many generations that religion is the right way and thing to do. but only for whatever religion they are in. The most important thing is spirituality not religion. religion should be done away with. people should focus on what is the real importance, their own personal spiritualism
