There's a movie I'd recommend you see, it's called "Trembling Before G_d" it's about this same situation.

Be yourself, and be a nice person. That's more important than sexual preference.

You really should talk to a professional counselor or close friends who have open minds. This is a great forum, but probably not the best place to resolve such a serious issue.

You need to find living human beings close to you. A BBS of anonymous posters is no substitute for symapthetic companionship.

But you already know this. If you weren't a "people person", you wouldn't be at least trying to make contact with someone the way you have on this BBS. Now do it with real people, and your life can become whatever you want it to be.

Good luck, my friend !!!!

PS: I'm straight and would be proud to have someone who can ask such a question about him/her self as a friend. We're out there. Keep smiling!

the thought maximum gays are rather bisexual is in lots of situations attributed to the heterosexual community rather. Its based on the thought Homosexuality is a decision and not a organic ingredient. subsequently a guy or woman can not be purely gay, they must be bisexual and jsut pretending to be gay. so some distance as i understand in the gay community they have not have been given any concern with it. by using its very nature the gay community has a tendency to be greater open and accepting of each and every type sexuality and factors of view.

Be yourself. If that is gay then so be it.You can hate who you are or you can accept it.Using religion to hate yourself for who you are is still self hate.Don't let people tell you what this "God" I keep hearing about says.If God is real then believe me when I tell you he has more important things to worry about then who you love and how you love.Just as long as you do it with a consensual adult of the same species, I don't see the problem and I doubt God does either.

I'm a gay Christian, so yes I can actually relate to you and your internal struggle on a personal level.

Be faithful and true to yourself, you'll always be own your toughest critic and there will be social osctracism out there but keep in mind that its not them or their opinions--its how you view your relationship with God.

There's a comedian I've seen who is a gay Jew. He seems to be doing just fine.

why bother to fight it? just accept it for who you are and what you like. if you are happy being a gay and a Jew, then so be it, good for you. Who cares what others think...

Faith should not control your being.... do what feels right and natural. Religion is about control. Nuff said.
