It depends on the size of the bumps. If they are the size of a pencil eraser around and only painful right on or around the immediate bump, It could be swollen lymph nodes which can be very common in the nodes in the under arm area. However, since the swelling and pain seem to be spreading to to other areas around your arms and neck, you should check with your Dr. to rule out anything serious.
If it is more like a smaller bumpy type rash, it could be heat rash or an allergy to the deoderant you are using. For heat rash, you can try applying some cornstarch to the area 3-4 times daily. It will keep it dry and clear it up in no time. If you have changed deoderant lately, change it back or try something else. An allergy will clear up within a few days of removing the affecting item.
Good Luck!

Thts a type of allergy or maybe even a serious matter. I strongly advice to consult a doctor, either the doctor will prescribe a medical gel for you to use.
CONSULT DOCTOR IS A MUST, IT'LL TAKE ONLY 5 MENITS TO KNOW WHTS THE PROBLEM.

Sounds kinda like an ingrown hair. Try switching to razors for sensitive skin. If that doesn't work, call the doctor.

Yep go and see your doctor for proper medical advice.
To me (I'm not a doctor), they sound like a type of bacteria infection or a rash caused by excess heat and rubbing.

They are probably just some kind of acne from the heat. It could also be a heat rash.
