So, you NEVER want to, or just sometimes when he asks? If it's the latter, he might understand, but in the former case, I'd have to say I feel kind of sorry for him. It really is a great feeling, and I'm sure he would be willing to perform it on you. Girls like it, too.
I once had a girlfriend who never performed oral sex on me, even though I would do it to her. She really didn't seem to like that either, which I found strange.
