I sit too long for work and I feel that I tend to have big bottom. So I go to gym room and some of the equipments, like the padder, may help. But I don't know how many calories should i target to burn each time, since I don't want to get too much muscles on hips.

The calories you burn and the muscle you gain are two different things. To lose the fat, you need to lose weight by reducing food intake. Exercise alone will be very ineffective. So exercise to improve the tone of your muscles, and diet to lose the fat.

You can't really lose fat in a specific area, just tone the muscle.

i havent done it cause im skinny so i would say yes you would lose some weight.

you need the stepper. and lots of cardio. good luck.
