I pray Jesus gives you peace whatever the outcome. And I pray 'if it's Jesus will' that your cat pulls through.

I could be wrong but I don't think prayer requests are allowed on Yahoo! Answers because they are considered to be "chatting or personal communication".

Anyways, I wish your cat the very best. When a pet of mine passes away I always take comfort in knowing that he/she is no longer suffering.

Yes. it is alright to ask people to pray for your cat.

if it was for your sister and you did not have her permission then it would not be okay.

I will pray for your cat if it is okay with you. I LOVE cats and I know what your going through.

I just prayed for your cat, and for you. Don't be afraid to ask Christians to pray for you.

Cats have souls. Infact, all animals do. Animals will go to heaven.

Read the Bible and find out how.

It's in the old or new testament :)

I am a cat lover and I would pray for your cat. I hope you don't lose your furry friend.

I would say yes, and I think if they knew how much you cared about her (I'm assuming you do), then I don't think they'd hesitate. And if they have pets, I'm pretty sure they know animals are part of the family.
