Many people will post things like flowers, chocolates etc - but what you really want to do is give her a re-union she won't forget. That will make her want to be with you even more!
So forget the traditional stuff, and
1. Pay £20 and get A5 flyers made up. Put them on every car and window in the area and then when you go out she will see them. You could have a pic of her on it with a 'wanted' sign (wanted for love)
2. Hire a billboard £100-£300
3. Hire a Limo £100

Flowers again, women always love flowers but be different with them this time - don't get the same ones you did last time or if you do, then don't get the same colours. NEVER buy the same type and colour as last time 'cus she'll notice. By changing them each time she will think you're putting in an effort to choose wisely for her (which you are doing) so it's a win-win situation.

Bring her RED roses and maybe a love letter on how you feel about her. Believe me that will do the trick well I know it would do it for me. Dont know how long you guys have been together but also heart pendant is soooo romantic hahahaha I guess you know what my honey does for me. And I am so much in love with him is not even funny ; )

the most romantic things are the most personal.
think about what she likes, she may like flowers or chocs or she make like unusual things like olives! maybe naughty underwear?
have a good think about her character, perhaps there's a film she really likes and you could get the dvd.
if you can get the fit to match her character, all the better.
