Hezbollah had captured these Israeli soldiers who where INSIDE the Lebanese border. If they had not illegally compromised the borders of a sovereign nation, we would not be witnessing the atrocities being inflicted by, and upon, both sides.

It is true that this conflict did not begin with 2 soldiers being kidnapped.

It began more than fifty years ago when the Western powers, wracked with guilt over their failure to prevent the holocaust, pushed a bunch of Arabs (who had nothing to do with the holocaust) off their land to give the remaining European Jews a homeland.

Since then both sides, Jews and Arabs, have repeatedly resorted to violence to address their concerns. This has only resulted in more violence rather than a solution of any kind.

When will we poor humans learn?

You need to do some fact checking.

Those soldiers were ambushed and kidnapped inside Israel.

This was videotaped by UN peacekeepers.
