I want to loose 3 or 4 lbs in 14 days...is that possible???? What would I have to do to do that if it's possible...I have no clue about this junk...please help...btw I think I want to loose belly fat in the 14 days...then I want to loose thigh weight...like....2 lbs....got any ideas???

Whatever you are eating everyday right now, CUT IT IN HALF!
Then do 50 -100 situps, crunches, or anything else that works your stomach as soon as you get up in the morning, and before you go to bed at night.

Plus, any little steps you can do (i.e. take the stairs instead of the elevator.)

You can loose 5 lbs of water weight in one day easily. Losing 4 lbs in 14 days isn't too hard. Just eat less and excercise more. Try 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. And if all else fails, take diuretic pills the last few days to lose water weight.

Basically, you have to use up 3500 more calories than you take in for each pound you want to lose. Without knowing your height, weight, age, and activity level. it is impossible to tell how many calories you use. There are charts available to give you this information. Another way is to estimate how many calories you are taking in now. This means you will have to measure your portions and get a good calorie counter (or get the info from the source: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/). Once you have found how many calories you are now taking in, you will need to eat 750 to 1000 cal/day less than that for 14 days to lose 3-4 lbs in that period. Yes, it can be done, but it's not easy.

Health reason you can lose 1-2lbs/ week so it is possible though there isn't much you can do for certain area's of fat loss unless you do liposuction, which I wouldn't reccomend.

Eating all orgainc food and exercising a ton will get you to drop weight fast, typically diet is what works best in that short of time period as well as detoxing the body.

Dear i also have the same problem, but u better start loosening up on fat, start eating boiled food even meat en your last meal for the day must be before 8pm en also try to drink alot of water before you eat so that you can be full even before u finish your meal dont not forget to exercise cause dieting en exercising help you lose weight..good luck!!!

eat only fruits, all three times a day, work out little in the morning and well in the night.

drink lots and lots of juice.

Avoid milk or use low fat milk.

in 10 days u will c the changes.

I lost about 4 pounds by swimming. just for like 2 hours.
Or just eat healthier foods and try to excercise more often.,
