Santa Clause was invented by man. He is man's created. He carries no message from God (prophet)
God reveals, man observes. Since we are talking about prophets, you will find them in the Holy Scriptures or the Christian bible (I have left the Qur'an out because I assume the questioner is western.
Both Jews and Christians believe that the bible is the word of God spoken by the prophets. The prophets convey God revelation to man. Angels serve a similar role. The only source about God is in the bible. There is no proof of God in the bible; it is assume.
By the tone of your question you are not a believer (I could be wrong). Please don't talk about scientific method as applied to revelation. It doesn't apply; it is man's observation.
So back to you question, Santa Clause belong to no God, he belongs to the materialistic world of man.
