I'm sure you can. They insert the implants under the muscle. They do not remove the lactic ducts or the nipples, so I'm sure that if both of those two things are still there, then it stands to reason they still work for women who just had their babies.

Yes you can. Your milk ducts and nipples aren't removed and your own breast tissue is not altered. Your are just augmenting, and it is usually done under the muscle.
