Volunteer at your church nursery.
Take a Red Cross First Aid Class or Babysitters Class.
Write her a detailed report of what you wish to gain from babysitting BESIDES the money! LOL

Actions speak louder than words...SHOW your Mom you are responsible by doing things such as...cleaning your room without being told, do the dishes or laundry for your Mom, help out when you see someone in your family can use the help...Don't drive her insane by asking her over and over if you can do something

Start off as a mother's helper - where you take care of a child and play with them while the mother is at home - after you've proven you can do that, they will hire you when they go out for short errands.

well if you have a little brother or a little sister you could babysit them when your parents want to go out. So then try and be really good to them and they will tell your mum so then she will trust you. So just try and good luck!

i just babysat tonight for the first time and when i asked my mom if i could she was more than happy for me to do it.
but it might have been b/c i was out of the house for three hours or something
but my mom was more than happy but your mom might be different so idk what to tell ya



but my mom doesnt think im really responsible either so idk
