Are dark skinned girls equally as attractive as lighter skinned girls?

It depends on the girl, and how dark you're talking about. I don't think it matters too much, but I would probably go for a lighter skinned girl because she wouldn't make me look like a ghost next to her. I'm not completely white, but I don't have a tan either.
