I lie this girl a lot....?

I asked her out once and she gave me her number but we never did anything. Should i ask her out again? How do i tell if she likes me? i really wanna go c a movie or something with her. P.S. im 13 and so is she

If she gave you her number, make a BRIEF (about 5 minutes) phone call to ask her out again. If she refuses and does not suggest a different time or something, you can flush the number and move on to other girls. Good luck!

Call her up and ask her if she wants to go to the movies.. If you dont act now she may never act and she might really like you too so I would act so you dont regret it!
