Why does God hate gay people? I read in the Bible that God killed them with fire that fell from the sky. Does everyone who believes in God think gay people will burn in hell for all eternity?

Apparently God does say gays are to be put to death, according to Leviticus 20:13. Thank goodness the Christians don't follow God's word. Most Christians I've spoken with have no problem with gays, just the crime of homosexuality.

It depends on if you trust in God's words. If you trust in God, you'll give up that unholy lifestyle. Now a days people want to water down God and religion. It's just that we are all going to die and God wants us to know what to expect after death. The world after death contains all the people of the past, present and future. God will judge all equally, regardless of what time they were from. God's morals are the real morals. The Day of Judgment is real. Heaven is real. Hell is real. God's love and mercy are real. Islam is real. Surrendering to God's will is the way to happiness... not chasing our every whim and desire.

I asked cuz the God potrayed in the bible seems to be tailored to the laws of humans, and Im not sure if he is really like that.

God doesnt hate anyone.
God looks at people as souls, and to God all souls are beautiful, and He Loves them.
Its only people that hate, because they do not understand, and they do not know what they are missing, and they dont know why it hurts.
But if you Love God, no matter what your sexual orientation, or religion, God Loves you.
And if you Love God, then only God matters, not what other people say, and not what other people think, even if they are religious or think that they "know".
God is between you and God, and its the same for everyone else.

your not going to hell. the majority of the world doesnt even believe in the god that sends you to hell for being gay. he doesnt exist youll be a ok

God doesn't hate people, he hates sin. God loves you very much! The best way that I can explain it is that you are not sinning by having those homosexual urges, you are sinning when you act on them.

all you can do is to believe in god and jesus and try to follow all the commandments and pray to god to forgive you your sins.
