It's very high in fat and most are high in sugar too.

Switch to natural museli.

The Calorie value isn't the issue . The canola can be ,but a small amount will probably be Ok .The sugar content is what puts on weight more than the fat. Lots of goodness with the nuts berries .So a little at a time will be a treat added to Yoghurt etc so enjoy :).

Im not sure what that is but being high in calories doens't mean its bad for you. A calories is a way to express how much enegery food gives you. 1 calorie is how much energy it takes to rasie the temperature of water 1 degree. Just a bit of useless info in there to.

u no that calories are a GOOD thing right?its people that think ingesting certain amounts helps u lose weight.and i think that its high in calories but it depends on the recipe.
