I would try a combination of things.
I would start with the water cure. Drink 6-8 glasses with unrefined Sea Salt every day. When your urine is clear you will be in the zone.
Consider adding the supplement colostrum to your diet.
When your skin is dry, I would brush on cayenne and rub it in.
Switch to sea salt for salting your food.
I would mix sea salt into a cup with olive oil with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and add a drop or two of wild oregano oil. Rub this into affected areas.
I would also drink one or 2 glasses of juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, with a dash of cinnamon, cayenne, and turmeric every day as a way to add good flora, eliminate uric acid, balance my pH, reduce my blood sugar, and give me more fluids to keep toxins in my body flowing out of my body.
It is not just the external battle that must be won. The internal battle in the gut must be addresses as well. Imagine your gut as a backed up swamp and your psorasis is the swamp growth. The water, salt, and minerals are what is going to turn your swamp body into a clear running river.

Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition. It is treatable but tends to come back again and again in periodic flare-ups.
There are many treatment forms available, including steroid medications, wraps and ultraviolet light radiation.
Have a look at some of these links below for more information.
