Well, since it is impossible to know, as we each have our own perceptions, there isn't an easy answer.
I will say, that from what I hear, women can enjoy multiple orgasms in one, um, session, thus, in my opinion, there is a possibility that the answer is women.

men. men feel an intense warmness and have more nerve endings in their penises. with women, you gotta hit it just right.

guys are guaranteed pretty much an orgasm.... women don't... so i'd say guys on avg.... but i think when women orgasm, they enjoy it more.
