I never hear anything about these flags. But if a mexican waves the mexican flag, it's a big no no.

This is the USA, why don't you show your love for the United States, or at least the state you live in? If Mexico is so great you should move back there and wave the Mexican flag. Obviously you choose not to live in Mexico for some reason, yet you wish to show the government of Mexico homage by waving their flag in the US? I don't get that at all. If you are just expressing pride in your heritage thats cool I guess, just I thought you were a US Citizen...you are a United States Citizen who domiciles within the jurisdiction of one of the several states are you not?

You just don't get it, do you??

It's not about waving your flag - it's the WAY YOU DO IT! THE WAY YOU ALL DID IT ON MAY 1ST AND SINCE! What you people did has made it so that the Mexican flag is now a perversion in the eyes and minds of most Americans. Even Americans who didn't mind you being here illegally before because they felt sorry for you all and felt generous towards you all and didn't mind maybe helping you all out. But, after what they saw on the news on their TVs and in the streets of their cities that day and ever since, even many of the citizens who were on your side before that day, moved over to be against you. It was very despicable, what they saw. How many flags did you see on May 1st that were for Italy, Greece, Puerto Rico, Canada, etc.? Not many, if any! In fact, all I recall seeing is the Mexican flag and I was disgusted!

If you want to fly your flag, just remember that there is a big difference between "flying your flag" and "flaunting your flag, and thumbing your noses at the citizens of the USA!" There is a way to fly your flag, and a way NOT to fly your flag.

If you want to garner support of American citizens and new American LEGAL immigrants, then show respect for this country, or else go back to your home countries. Got it??!!

Also let's not forget that Greeks, Italians, Puerto Ricans and others stay here--they're not just sending money home. They want to be Americans. The learn English, adapt customs while maintaining their heritage.

I think there's a general consensus that many Mexicans want to remain Mexicans and just live in America. They often won't learn English (and in fact, want US to learn Spanish--ha!), and illegals cannot become citizens because they have entered the country essentially as criminals (illegal aliens).

There's a big diference when someone comes here legally and commits forever to staying here--remember, Italy, Germany, Greece, etc. are all far away. Immigration meant something to them: leaving home forever and becoming citizens of a new land.

As a result of the "demonstrations" in march the mexican flag is now a symbol of disrespect for America, that may very well change in time..but for now the memory of mexican flags hoisted above an inverted American flag is still fresh in the minds of Americans. It was the turning point for many who were on the fence.

The Groups You Mentioned
Always Fly Their Flags RESPECTFULLY In Celebration
And WE THE PEOPLE
Always Join Them In Their Celebration Of Their Heritage

You Are Flying Your MEXICAN FLAG In My Face
In Defiance Of WE THE PEOPLE

Your FLAG Means NOTHING TO Us
If You Are Flying It In Protest To Our Laws

That Statement Is An Act Of War

MY Political Statement Speaks LOUDER Than Yours
Because MINE Is Backed Up By MY FLAG
In MY COUNTRY

And If You Keep That Bull*SH*IT Up
You'll Learn The Difference
The HARD Way

It's not...but Puerto Rico is a commonwealth.. So flying that flag is just like flying a state flag below the American flag.

If it's at a theme park or something, where all nations flags are flying... They must be below the American by at least 6 inches. The staff must be that of the same for the American and all the others, and the flags must all be of the same dimensions.

The American flag is centered, with the remaining countries, in alphabetical order from left to right if placed in a circle, or in alphabetical order such as:

..Ethiopia.... Algeria........ Belgium....... Finland
....... Columbia.. United States.. Denmark

...beginning from left to right
etc.. with the state, territories, commonwealth flags, etc.. below them in alphebetical order:

Alabama... Alaska... Arizona... California

Etc..

(Get the point? Those listed are for instructional purposes only... I know there are many other countries, etc...

Hey annoyed citizen, if you had bothered to look at the bottom
of the page you would have noticed that there is both a Mexican
Flag, and an Italian Flag not to mention the US, Canadian, Australian, and British. But hey, no Greek, and no"Rican", what's with that? Even in the Olympics they have these Flags.

Because the majority of the people in America are not Italians,Greek,s or Canadians, they are Mexicans and people feel threatened by them. You hear on bad story about a nationality and all of a sudden the whole damn tree is bad. People should worry about their own lives instead of what everyone else is doing.

We are a diverse nation under one flag. The Red, White and Blue. But do what you want in America, the land of diversity. Just don't get annoyed if you are verbally attacked. That is called freedom of speech and we should keep it that way. You have one opinion that you favor and many who won't agree with you. Please don't generalize the masses when you probably had about 10 who said anything negative about a specific flag.

I think what annoys people is seeing thousands of ILLEGAL Mexicans waving their flags on TV, protesting the USA's right to its sovreignty. Huh?

Since those demonstrations, the Mexican flag now stands for illegal immigration, not Mexico itself. It stands for lawbreakers, border-jumpers, those who siphon off resources. Yes, they do. Learn a few facts.
