Caffeine will not hurt your teeth however tea may stain you teeth and you will need to make sure that you are drinking enough water to compensate for the dehydrating effect that caffeine has. A dry mouth is bad for your teeth, so for each cup of tea you drink also drink a small glass of water.

Caffiene has no effect on your teeth. The tannins in the tea (what gives it the brown colour) can stain your teeth over time, but if you use whitening toothpastes, keep up with good oral hygiene, you can reduce the staining. I've been a hard-core coffee and tea drinker for years, and I have had no noticeable stains. Bad stains can be fixed by a dentist or even those drug store whitening strips.
The tannins in tea, while they may stain your teeth a bit, are also very good for you. So drink your tea in good health!
