It's not that, its just too many messages are being sent. The other person could feel like they are being smothered or trapped, so just back off a little. Reduce the messaging. When you play hard to get, that's when they come running sweet heart.

No, they are interested in doing others things other than just chatting over the phone, and also, probrably is not interested very much on YOU

you better ask that person what is he/she complaining for.
and send only sensible, funny messages. and dont send chain meassages. It sucks.
Here in my country we send lots of messages from inspiring to love to funny messages.
