Who? Do you mean Mel Gibson? Mel Gibson is charged with driving while intoxicated. And he's controversial because the anti-Semitic views he espoused and obscene language he used during his arrest.

No, if he is being punished it is for DUI. He evidently made an anti-semitic remark or remarks when he was stopped. Celebrities live in glass houses. Tabloids love such stuff as a celebrity being arrested and making racist remarks. If you did the same thing, few would notice. I will watch any movies of his that sound good, regardless of this incident. He must do worse if I am to boycott him,as I do Pamela Anderson who puts chickens far above humans and says Jennifer Lopez is an idiot for wearing fur. Who is the real idiot, Pam? Hint, it isn't Jennifer! It isn't Mel either. he was drunk and thoughtless.

I like Mel Gibson, I would still watch his movies, he is a great actor..his personal life is his life...i have nothing to do with it, he can live as he pleases, as long as it does not affect me...if it does affect then I think I might start reacting different...may be that is what is happening now with those who were reacting the way they are now...

but as the guy above said...something to ponder over, there is killing going on out there and there is silence around, one word by a celebrity and every one makes a fuss...why?

He claims to be something that he was not, actions speak louder than words...unless that person is so drunk their true feelings come out...then actions and words say the same thing.

That he was an "actor" playing the role he wanted the public to see, when in reality he was like everyone else...

filled with prejudices.

Yeah. He just made an anti-jewish remark and now they have cast him as the devil.

Hypocrites if you ask me.

Jews can murder muslims and people go on eating their cheeseburgers, yet one anti-jewish remark and the whole is coming down...what a bunch of bs.

He's being punished because he broke the law. He did it to himself...well at least he apologized, but what is said is said, and he can never take it back. I knew he was anti-gay, but anti-jew? i never knew....

You mean about the DUI arrest. I think he was driving drunk and he better not get a Christian Judge or he will be in trouble.
