What are muscules? I know that you mean "muscles". Since most of the answers are right in a way, I shall answer your question as you present it.
I don't know if girls like men with muscules. Muscules are towering structures with interior stairways that were used by invaders to get into high walled fortified castles or similar structures (you see these contraption in movies like "Lord of the Rings"). Most of the times, muscules have wheels so that they can push them towards the castle walls and do battle.
So unless I'm a princess locked up in the tower waiting to be saved by Prince Charming, I don't need men with muscules.

From what I heard from women is that they like fit guys. Completely muscle bound meat heads or guys that look like body builders aren't the most attractive compared to a regular good looking fit guy.

I do not like men with muscles! I like like 'em lean but, they should be able to lift 50 pounds (it's the minimum requirement at UPS so why shouldn't it be mine as well).

Not all girls do. I hate over-muscular men. It seems like they're trying too hard to make up for sometihng else that's missing...

Also, they tend to get so obsessed with their bodies and themselves, they forget to hone their other skills.
