Molding mud by Sebastion. It's perfect for what you need! You put a little in the palms of your hands and rub it around so its on your hands and run your hands through your hair. It will smooth it and make it really shiny. Dont use more than a dime size or it can make your hair greasey! Good luck!

You can use gel, mouse, wax, pommade,... the possibilities go on and on. If you do use something, apply it to your whole head, otherwise, it might look a bit strange if it is only in the front.

I would try a mousse or a wax first. Gels can get dry, brittle, and flaky. Pommades are mainly for pieceing.

Tip: when applying wax, start from back of head. DON'T start at the front. it will make your hair look really greasy.

When you begin using it, I would go with a messier look until you master it. Either way, I like a messier look on a guy anyway. ~

I have fluffy hair and I found Garnier Fructus Smoothing Milk at WalMart or Target helps. Just put it on your hair after the shower and it weighs it down. It's in a green bottle with a little pull up lid on it.

There are all sorts of products to weigh down your hair. It depends on if you want a stiff look or a soft look. Stiff would be a heavy hold gel like "creative genius" by Bed Head. Soft would be "Wax works" by Paul Mitchell

if your hair is truly bad, spray your hair with vegetable oil, then dip your head in a bucket of cement mix and make a mold. after that remove mold (when hardened). and hair should come out straight and nice, next time it happens just put the concrete mold on your head and let it sit there for about an hour.

I just use water and brush it a lot.

If you're really desparate, regular hairspray works well. but you've got to make sure you get your hair into the position you want while it's still drying, otherwise, your hair will stick up even more.
