do an internet search for emergency passport services they could help you get it in less two to three days they will charge you almost $400 but you will get it very soon.

I had to get mine in an emergency, but I went to the post office paid $200 and they got it to me in less than 2 weeks

If you are in LA area call the passport agency at the Federal
Building on Wilshire for an appointment BEFORE YOU go
there. 877 487 2778. You can also go to the site dognhorsemom
has placed the link to. If you go to the Fed Building you will
still have to wait in line a couple of times (1-2) hours, just
be sure to make an appointment before you go. You will get
your passport in 2-4 days. The Post Office will take 10-20 days. I've done the Fed Building and the P O. The P. O. is a lot
less hastle. Just more waiting time. Sometimes you need to wait as long as a week to get an appointment.
