Absolutely! There are so many ways to pray - not just the usual "bow your head, close your eyes" thing most people connect with prayer.

we are told to pray without ceasing. Maybe what you describe is the heart of what that verse means.

i think prayer is like talking to your best friend. singing is about praising. thinking about all he has done or thinking on his word is meditation
