Love pesto pasta. Even better with garlic bread and a fresh salad.

Now you've made me hungry!!

Yes, it is one of my absolute favorites. I make the pasta from scratch and add fresh herbs and garlic to the dough. I have sixteen basil plants right outside the front door and use them to make my pesto. I mix the basil with pine nuts, olive oil, fresh garlic, parmesan cheese and white pepper and salt, then heat it up and serve over the pasta. Yummy. Its really good spread on bread and toasted or mixed with sour cream for a dip.

Pesto pasta is good depending how you use it in your dish. I would have to have an alfredo sauce or some type of cheese over mines.
