The heart does get cancer. It's rare, but it happens.

I would assume that it doesn't happen often because there aren't many dividing cells in the heart; it's all muscle.

The heart, in addition to rarely forming a primary cancer, can sometimes be a target for metastases from other types of cancer, but even that is rare.

Typically, only parts of the body where cells are constantly reproducing are the areas that get cancer. Heart cells rarely regenerate so the cells don't have much opportunity to get out of control and reproduce uncontrollably. It does happen, but very rarely.

It because heard made by mussel and do you know how cancer made of? it by divide cell without any control.
But muscle is the place that their cell never divide and it start from when we born till dead. then it never get cancer.
