I struggle drinking water too, so I've come up with a couple different twists that work.Hope they help ya hun!

Strawberry Water

*In a big pitcher place about 10 medium sized strawberries at the bottom and mush them together. Pour about 1 tablespoon of sugar over them and continue to mush them together. Pour water into the pitcher and let sit for a day to let the flavors merge. I would strain the water so you don't get chunks of strawberries in your water. You can do this with any type of fruit you like, just stay away from things like bananas.

Mint Water

* Do the same thing with the strawberry water, just with mint.

Orange Peel Water

* Peel a couple oranges and put them into the bottom of a pitcher. Mash them together to let the oils out. Pour water over, add some sugar.

I am not sure of your individual taste, but here is a suggestion:

Try Blackberry juice, water and sugar. It is dark red in color and tart to sweet in flavor. You could try other flavors like Lemon, Orange, Peach, or Strawberry. A mixture of flavors may taste good, depending on your tast buds.

I personal prefer fresh squeezed fruit or small slices, and sweetned to taste. I mix it the night before so the water can absorb the flavor. It taste really good and is a nice change from plain water.

Hope you like it as much as I do.
Good luck.

Go down to your local Indian or Asian store and look for something called "rose syrup". Rose syrup is used in a lot of exotic recipes but is also really good for a soothing but tasty drink that in NOT lemonade or koolaid. Rose syrup already has some sugar in it so you can try it without adding a sweetener and then adjusting it to taste. But don't mistake it for rose water which is just the essence of roses in water, no sugar.

koolaid is good with water. you pour one pack of koolaid into two quarts of clean filtered water. they have all kinds of flavors. grape, cherry, lime, strawberry, and more that i can't think of right now because it is getting late. but you just add the koolaid to the water and stir it up with a wooden spoon. you can add ice you have some too. also you can poor the koolaid and water mixture into plastic molds and put it in the freezer and they turn into popsicles. they are good on hot days. on cold days they don't go real well, but on hot days they taste good. otherwise there isn't much else besides koolaid that has all those flavors. when you mix it you have to stir it for awhile until it disolves well into the water or you will get little lumps of flavoring and food coloring. so stir it up real good and then add ice or put it in the fridge for a few hours. if you have a newer fridge, it may only take a half hour for it to get cold. i hope this helps you with some ideals for your water problems.

I like just a slice of lemon. It really help when you are drinking a lot of water. Or any fruit. My friend likes apples. She slices up apples and puts them in ice water. It is pretty and then you can eat them when you are done. Oranges, limes, any fruit at all will work. Try that. Lemon water is served at a lot of restaurants. One lemon will go a long way. I hope this helps.

I like the Celestial Seasonings herbal teas. They have a lot of different flavors. The "Zingers" are all a version of citrus, but they have some neat spice mixtures in some of their newer ones like "Madagascar Red". In the summer, I like the peachy ones, or other fruit flavors. In the winter I like the apple/cinnamon one. They have enough different flavors to keep it interesting and you don't get bored with the same old thing all the time. Most of them taste good cold or hot. And they usually taste pretty good without sweetening, although I like mine best sweetened.

I don't really know. But if you're sick and tired of drinking water, just eat some peppermints and then drink the water with it while you eat the peppermint. That's what I always do when I don't want to drink water plainly by itself and that way, your mouth will be minty too!^^

Add lemon or lime or orange juice and a little sugar. Or some honey and cloves. Or mix water half and half with a juice you like, like apple or peach.

It's not too jazzy but Lemon or cucumber slices in water give it a little something.
Mint leaves are good too. crush them up a little first and let them steep a bit.
rose petals if your in the mood for floral. pinch them with your fingers flat to release their oils.

I stick an herbal teabag in the bottle. The best one is Celestial Seasonings' Sleepytime. It has mint and chamomile in it, really good cold! Any herbal blend works though.
