i dont know about gut wrenching but.. i know my husband likes to pack away with a triple classic combo meal with tripple meat (yes 9 patties of meat).. with the great biggie fry and great biggie coke.. however.. i dont think he ever threw up.. probably takes a mondo crap when he is done though

I don't know about the 5 major chains, but you get yourself like 20 Jalapeno Cheeseburgers from White Castle, and you will definately need to call in sick to work the next day from the can.
