Doesn't matter... you are not in Mexico so why do you want to fly the Mexican flag? Be proud of the country that gives you opportunity and freedom.

In mexico we have like 3 million U.S.A people and i have U.S.A familiars too.
Almost 1 million of U.S.A people in Mexico are illegal and they escape from the law.
Mexico suffers inmigration too from usa and the rest of latinamerica too.

I have lived outside the US a few times on my own and also while serving in the military. I have done it the right way every time. I have had my issues with locally born nationals if Italy and Germany, but for the most part it was alright since i speak both languages. While i was in the military, we were not allowed to wear shirts with the american flag or have stickers with the flag on our cars for safety, which i guess was good. My point, if you want to live in america, do it right, wait your time, do it legally, learn the language and people will accept you. The difference between american people and the nazis is that we are not putting millions of people into ovens, we are simply asking immigrants to go through the proper channels, pay taxes, learn english and contribute to our society.

I live and work in China. I would NEVER fly the American flag here. I don't think I would be allowed. There are some schools and hotels that fly flags other than China's, but they all fly China's flag as well.
Some Chinese, VERY, VERY few, can be rude, but most are nice enough. There are a good many who are a bit backwards and like to look at foreigners the way people look at animals in a zoo. They take pictures of foreigners, especially blond children and Black men. They really think the Africans are animals, but once a Black man speaks to them in Chinese, they are usually in awe of him. (My husband is African and understands everything they say. Sometimes, people will come up to him and rub his skin to see if the color comes off.) They have some pretty insulting names for us, but most of the people I encounter are very gracious and welcoming.
I've lived in Greece and the Czech Republic before. There were MANY, MANY people in those countries who could be very rude to Americans. The first time I experienced this out right, a friend of mine and I were riding on a train in the CR. A man wearing blue jeans, a baseball cap, Nike shoes, and drinking a Cherry Coke called us stupid Americans and told us to go home. I just looked at him and told him it was too bad he felt that way because my friend and I were just talking about how sexy he looked and we wanted to "get to know him better." He looked confused, but he didn't say any more. (He was not very good looking at all, by the way, but I thought it might shut him up, and it did.)
I've seen it quite a bit. I've not only lived abroad for the last 10 years, I've also travelled around quite a bit during that time. I've seen foreigners catch hell in almost every country I've visited simply because they were foreign. I often heard people talking about the "stupid American tourist" little knowing that the person they were referring to could barely speak English and came from Italy, or Greece, or some other country. Likewise, any Asian, regardless of their background, is assumed to be Japanese, though these days with more and more Chinese tourists, they might be called Chinese. Regardless, they are not well liked.
It is partly for this reason that I welcome immigrants and tourists to my country. I will go out of my way to make them feel welcome and I'm embarrassed by some of the ignorant things I read and hear or behavior I see. That doesn't mean I accept illegal immigration. I most certainly do not, but I don't dislike the individual and I have no problem with his or her country.
By the way, I have NEVER been to any country illegally, and I have been legal during my entire stay in foreign countries.
As I said, I'm embarrassed by the words and behavior of some of my countrymen, but I hope my country would not be judged by them. I do not judge Australia and Australians by the recent riots there. Nor do I judge France and the French badly because of what has been happening there. I don't even judge the Russians for the Neo-Nazi killings that have become more and more prevalent there, but I have to admit, I don't think I'll be travelling there with my Black husband and our Black child. I'd fear for their lives. I don't judge Brits and the UK for the tales my friends have told me of racism they have faced there. I think to judge an entire group of people by the actions of a few is what those idiots have been doing. I try to be aware enough so that I don't become one of them.

Nobody knows, but the number has to be in the hundreds of thousands and possibly over a million. There were 25,000 Americans evacuated from Lebanon, and not all of the ones that were there left. (I would never have guessed so many.)
I spent five years working in Saudi Arabia. It was a fascinating experience. Having heard of the story of the Ugly American (although not having read it), I took care to be a good representative of the USA.

Doubt if Kodak would send their employees to other countries without having organized working visas etc. for them ... there is a vast difference between millions of illegals demanding rights, and employees of a company who is doing things by the book ... I know Americans who live in England and Ireland, and they have no complaints ... in fact they don't want to come back home ...

Well if they are in the country legally, I would hope they are accepted just as a legal immigrant is here by MOST. I cannot control the actions of the racists we have here, but there are racists in every country......
