Is it true that ants can lift weights 50 times more then their own weight ??
if yes then why do they explode when i sit on them ?????

Yes. They can lift several times their weight. They are considered to be some of the strongest of insects (Though i think beatles are stronger)

but, ants weigh a bit less than an ounch. you would have to be just about less than a pound to lift you

I heard that also, but ants weigh less than 1lb and we weigh probally more than 130 or so. So we weigh much more they can handle
