Eat more carbohydrates + sweets and have late night meal before you go to bed in the night time. You would gain 5 to 10 lb a week!

Carbohydrates : Bread / rice / pototes / pasta
Sweet : Ice-cream / chocolates / cream cakes

Spread more butter / peanut butter on your toasts or add extra Mayo in your sandwiches, you can put double weight on! These ingredients are not expensive at all.

At the place wherer I used to work, the clients were given baby food (which is high in protien and other fats). This helps you gain weight quickly. However, if you are looking for something more tasteful, try eating late... like an hour before bed. Foods with lots of carbs (i.e.-pizza, pastas, or foods with breading).

* Whole wheat pasta and pasta sauce, or just toss pasta w/ Olive Oil, which is a great fat
* Cottage cheese and tomatoes
* TONS of protein - chicken, beef, and turkey
* Avocados - very high in fat, but the good fat
* Toast w/cream cheese and lox
* Beans, they're really filling and good for you AND put weight on

The best way to gain weight is the healthy way, so good luck hun!

Tons of fast food and dessert ought to do the trick, so long as you're not concerned about eating right.
