In summer - various fruits cut up in a bowl. Really, really good brain food.
Colder months - any low sugar cereal and soy milk. Dairy clogs me up and is just fat anyway and a good cereal sets you up for the day.

Tonia is right- biscuits and sausage gravy!!!! Simple comfort food. Easy to make, filling, and just has a homey appeal to it. It is not great health food, but every now and then....... mmmmm! Plus, they will never know who I think makes it best- my wife, my mom, or my EX wife!!!! :{)

I am a fool for low-fat blueberry yogurt. It just tastes wonderful, and it's also healthy.
