I want something good but quick that only uses stuff most people have around the kitchen. (LOL You never know what's in my fridge!). I'd also like it to be something different...I'm tired of the same old thing...

:D Thanks!

Wonton Wraps: All you need is those small square won-ton wrappings & some thin-sliced Hard Salami.

Roll up Salami inside wrap ,(on the diagnal), "Skewer" with a round tooth-pick, & Bake at 350 until crispy & brown, (about 12-15 Min).

The "oil" inside the Salami acts like an eggwash.

Serve with Hot Mustard & Raspberry Mustard.

Be careful, they are as addicting as "chips".

(I once did alot of catering & this SIMPLE snack always "won-out" over the more time-consuming , elaborate, hors dourves. This is a true "winner"!)

Take some dry cheese, like parmesan, and grate it, and place it in the oven on a cookie sheet (spray some Pam or something on it to make it non-stick,) in little piles, (spread it out a little, but don't make it too thin,) at about 400 degrees. Cook until the middle of the cheese is no longer bubbling. Don't let it burn on the edges. Remove from oven, and let it cool, spin them slightly, and then pick up and eat, very tasty!

Also consider cutting cheddar into bite size pieces and do the same thing with the oven temp, and cook until they puff up. Take out and let cool, they turn into great little crackers.

Cheese has some fat in it, but it's better than potato chips.

Have a cuz that likes to braise some veggies (already cut for the store) and them pile them on some Ramen Noodles- you know, all those packages in the back of your pantry. It is simples, quick, and LOOKS impressive!

I like toasted whole wheat tortillas w/ a little strawberry jam, and sliced Fuji apples dipped in Nutella (hazelnut-cocoa spread- a little goes a loooong way), fresh berries in vanilla fat free yoghurt.
