It seems like all religious denominations contridict one another on who actually goes to heaven. Does this mean we all go to hell? If not, what is the correct way to get into heaven and why?

I was raised a Catholic/Methodist (wrap your head around that discipline!!) My mother believed in hellfire and brimstone. My father believed Hell was spent here on earth--and if you live your life in a good and decent way-you will be rewarded--I tend to agree with him (tho I'm sure I'll be looking over my shoulder!) He totally believes you go thru your trials and tribulations, all the evilness that can come upon you is right here and right now, so you do the best you can, be the best person you can, you don't have to go to a building on Sunday and hand them money--just take care of people, land, animals--God's creations. There is no "correct" way to get to heaven--it's you own personal relationship with with your Creator.

The only people who go to Hell are those who are unsaved. The one and ONLY way to get to Heaven is to bcome born again. How, do you ask?
It's simple. Here it is in a nutshell: Realze that you are not perfect because you do or have done wrong, admit it to Christ. Christ died on the cross of calvary for all of the wrong things that you do. Believe that, and accept His fee gift of salvation. For more, read John 3:16, Romans 3:23,6:23, Romans 10:10, etc.

I strongly believe that Christianity give the most clear and simple way to reach heaven and that is through Jesus Christ!! other religions focus on meditation, good works, etc. But, how do we know we are on the right path, or how do we know if we are doing enough? the truth is, we can't know! YET, Jesus himself declared that he is "the way the truth and the Life and that no man comes to the father but through him." John 14:6. Plain and simply, good works are great in any religion, but in the end we all need to accept jesus as lord and savior inorder to enter heaven. that is the final step. peace.

A level of purgatory for most. depending on the sin that needs to be removed before you can rise up to one of the levels of heaven.
Hopefully it is small ones. So Jesus can use the Keys to Hell He obtained to let you out.

We are all automatically on our way to hell because of our sin nature. BUT, God sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross of Calvary for our sins and to provide the only way to heaven....He rose again and is seated at the right hand of God. To be blunt and truthful...God hates religion, man created that, and religion, no religion of any kind, no matter which one it is, will get you to heaven. The only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ. All you have to do is believe in Him with all your heart and soul and ask Him to forgive you and save you from hell....it's that simple my friend! IM me sometime..I would love to help.

Love in Christ,
Sabrina

The one and only way to go to heaven is to turn from your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. For all those who do not do this, they are doomed to hell.
