I asked a question about the Chinese illegals that were not deported back to China because China refused to take them back ... yars told me that that is the law, if a country refuses to take back their citizens, they have to let them go, and yars is usually correct ... now, what would happen if Mexico refused to allow their deportees back into Mexico? Not that I think that would ever happen, but what status would they have in the States? Mexico won't take them, and the U.S. will have to let them go ... will they all get amnesty? Or green cards? Or what? Hell ... if that happened I think I'd emigrate ... anywhere ....

They would suffer in trade with us. And I was avoiding that question. It is a route for them, but they know better.

Like I said each country has a different relationship with us. While they already refuse to extradite, refusing after sending this many over here they would lose billions from us and they're not stupid.

Someone has to tell Angela they approved 2 billion for the border fence and other provisions under the Iraq budget. It's not about what Bush wants what he wants doesn't matter what matters is WE THE PEOPLE and when we go off - WE GO OFF!!

THIS WILL NEVER BE A FACIST COUNTRY, GET OVER IT.

I would be interested in seeing the source of your information. I'd like to read the details. Unless, I'm missing something, I don't believe yars is right. Mostly because I don't think China would, or could according to the Geneva convention, refuse to take their citizens back. Can you please put a link to the original source?

Mexico would never do that because they want all of the money that illegals send or bring back.

Whatever.....Why don't you ever accept this isn't about illegals, but about this govt. not enforcing laws?

Why doesn't it enforce its laws? Because it wants open borders, solve that problem and you will get rid of illegals!

It only applies to countries who have a policy of killing people who return to their nation, such as Cuba or China. The U.S. is required to give them political asylum.
