I love my boyfriend. He is my heart and soul but I'm still in love with my ex that I haven't spoke to in like three years. I just found my ex on myspace.com and we have emailed each other twice. Nothing serious! I'm in love with both of them and I wish i could stop loving my ex! HELP

Been there, done that and it is VERY hard, especially when it comes time to make a decision. Follow your heart, honey. But, remember your relationship with your ex ended for a reason. I have found that once a relationship is over, it never goes back to the way you remember it. That could be a good thing or it could be a bad thing. I am just saying that no matter how much you love someone things are never the same the second time around. You are in a very difficult situation and I wish you the best of luck.

You can not be in love with two people at the same time, no matter what. If you think you are, you are not being honest with your self or the other people that are involved. Put your self in their place, how would you feel if they loved someone else besides you and was seeing them, then you found out about it. This what is called cheating. You have got to pick one and stay with that one. You can't be on both sides of the fence at the same time, because one of them is not getting your all.

We are in similar situations. I still love my ex and he calls me everyday but I love my boyfriend as well. What you have to do is remember the reason why you and your ex are no longer together and keep your heart and mind on your current boyfriend. Basically forget about your ex and love your new boyfriend with all of your heart.

it's okay to love two people at a time. I mean u can't just stop loving someone just like a snap of your finger. But u need to chose who u love the most and go with the flow.
