My poodle keeps humping everything, how can i make it less horney?

Get him neutered. If he's already an adult, this may not help as much as you want it to. If he's younger, it should significantly reduce, if not completely stop it.
If he's already neutered and still going after everything, you need to correct it. Use a leash and collar, not a shock collar. If he's never been corrected or shocked before, he won't know what the hell is going on. Give him a pop on the collar using the leash and just tell him "NO". Repeat if he keeps it up.
You should also be aware that it's not necessarily the dog being "horney"--humping can be a dominance issue in both male and female dogs, so it's best to put a stop to it before it turns into snapping, growling, biting, etc.

Neuter him.
If you remove the hormone factories in his balls then he will be less horney.
If you already neutered him, or have no intention of neutering him (@sshole, neuter your dog!! Help control the pet population), get a shock collar with a remote control. When he starts to go at it, shock the little dear. He will get the message pretty quick.
Trust me, works like a charm, and it's basically the only thing that will.
