at 5'7" 115lbs, I think your probably too skinny! but can really tell with out a picture, I know fitness models and physique competitors that look awesome at 5"7 and they weigh like 130 or more, and they do not look gross or too muscular at all. better question, how do you feel????? How do your clothes fit??? Just be smart and dont fall into the trap of getting too thin, real men love curves and something to hold on to, not skin and bones, hope you find your happiness though!

Stay just as you are, or even put on a little weight. You sound TOO thin to me. I'm 5'6, and weigh 145. I am at a healthy weight, and receive a LOT of compliments on my figure. It's not attractive to be really skinny. Rather than focusing on your weight, focus on building curves and tightening muscles. That IS attractive. I don't worry about what the scale says. All I worry about is whether or not I like myself when I look into the mirror.

I am not a guy but I am having a major in body weight and I tell you, stay exactly where you are. What you need to do now is to MAINTAIN the weight. I highly recommend lifting weights once and strength training three times a week. Also do aerobic workouts twice. Drink at least five glasses of water.

You're fine where you are.
Keep eating healthy though, lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid breads and pastas. I don't say this for weight loss, I recommend it for your skin. Guys notice skin tone and texture as well. It's easy to spot a girl that's skinny (notice the negative term) due to malnutrition verses a girl that's fit and hot. Great body and great skin.

Well, okay, so I am not a guy, but I have to tell you. BMI of 18 is perfect body weight. When you fall under that you start to look emaciated and that just isn't attractive anymore. You have a HOT body!

You sound TOO skinny to me. i'm 5'6, and weigh a hundred forty five. i'm at a healthful weight, and get carry of multiple compliments on my discern. that's not appealing to be somewhat skinny. quite than focusing on your weight, concentration on construction curves and tightening muscle mass. that's appealing. i do no longer complication approximately what the dimensions says. All I complication approximately is in spite of if or no longer i admire myself whilst i glance into the reflect.

You are a very healthy, and attractive size right now. Losing weight isn't always a good thing, and you'd be right on the borderline of being unhealthy if you lost the weight. Too thin is not attractive.

Doesnt sound like you need to lose weight at all.
People confuse weight loss and toning of muscle.Maybe you just need to tone up a bit and the 115 will look better.

110 at 5"7 sounds way too thin. If you are an adult, you should be around 125 lbs.

Yes you should stay where you are, you are already slightly underweight, so stick with 115lb.
Why do you feel the need to be 110lb?
