Strength (physical power)- "Co'ach", my strength- "cochi": כוחי
Strength (mental strength)- "'Otzmah". my strength- "'otzmati": עוצמתי

"Oz" (עוז) is fine too, but I think it has more to do with courage than strength.

The Hebrew words with vowel marks:
Cochi: כּוֹחִי
Otzmati: עָצְמָתִי
Ozi: עֹזִי

"Co'ach" is the most common word for strength and could be used. "My strength" would be "cochi". But "oz" is a better word for spiritual strength; "my strength" would be "oozi". Either of these would be stressed on the second syllable. "Otzma" absolutely refers to physical strength, usually in the sense of the military.

Koach sheli - כוח שלי

for a shorter form I think it is koach'i - כוחי

I'm still a learner but I think this should be it.
